  Dwayne Patterson
Dwayne, our Team Leader and Owner of RE/MAX Prestige Properties, brings over 28 years of Successful Sales and Marketing Experience to our group. Seeing the demand for a higher level of customer service in our Real Estate Market, he has brought his experience into his team’s sale practice. Within a very short time in the Kingman, AZ Real Estate Market, Dwayne became one of the top producers thru out Kingman, AZ and Lake Havasu City, AZ, earning numerous achievement awards and recognition.
In August 2004, Dwayne opened and managed the RE/MAX Prestige Offices and within 13 months, the offices were #1 in the Kingman Real Estate Market. In Jan 2007 Dwayne took ownership of the Kingman and Lake Havasu Offices, placing the offices as #1 in Mohave County with 25% market share in Kingman and 15% in Lake Havasu.
Dwayne also has over 20 years of real estate investing experience, with residential properties, investment properties and commercial operations.
It has been a great pleasure to have the opportunity to assemble a team of professionals and obtain the level of service and sales that we have in our offices.  Jonny Meins
Jonny came to our team right out of college with a business degree and has continued his education with commercial designations as his priority. Jonny is a fast learner and is now a top producer in our Mohave County, AZ real estate markets. Bringing his youth and knowledge to the table has been a great benefit to Team Patterson. Jonny has now been with RE/MAX Prestige Properties for 4 years, and continues to offer top-notch services to his buyer’s and seller’s.

Bob &Janet Koplin
A team within a team! Bob was hired directly from his real estate school. Mr. Manion has done it all prior to joining our Team. With over 35 years of development, construction and a major investor in real estate thru out the Southwest. Duyanne had been a major builder in Lake Havasu City homes and also investor in land and development in Kingman, AZ. Seleena has brought a truck load of energy and determination to Team Patterson! She has major staying power, fantastic negotiation skills and a backbone to go along with her plans.
